On finding a subject:
I try to find beauty in things that aren't necessarily beautiful, something simple and captivating in things that are ordinary or boring, and to create images that will always spark an emotional feeling in people. Composition and emotion are everything in a photograph.
On sharing iPhone shots:
I love the social aspect of sharing photos from my iPhone on Flickr and Facebook without having to download them to my laptop and manually upload them. The process of capture and upload is so elegant that it's just become part of my daily ritual over the last 2+ years. It makes life interesting in a whole new way for me.
On using CameraBag:
CameraBag was the first photo app that I tried out when Apple launched the app store in 2008. I was instantly hooked. The ability to tint photos that replicated traditional film, instant, and plastic cameras from the past added a whole new artistic and creative dimension to my iPhone photography. It also gave me a way to experiment and grow as a photographer in a way that I could never have achieved with the default iPhone camera app.
